How long does it take to assemble and ship my bicycle?
Each Standert bicycle is meticulously assembled to order. Typically, bikes are ready for dispatch within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on component availability and current workshop volume.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our framesets and complete bicycles worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is the return policy for frames and complete bikes?
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom-built bicycles may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
We provide a detailed geometry chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our support team with your height and inseam measurements for a personalized recommendation.
What kind of warranty comes with a Standert frame?
We offer a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all Standert frames. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.

Absolutely. You can visit our showroom in Berlin to see our current lineup and take a test ride. We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure your size is available.
