Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unridden condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
